Working with people means working with a very diverse group of cultural and individual identities. It is essential that helpers embrace their individual journey toward inclusivity. This course will provide many things to consider on your path to cultural humility and reverence.

Objectives
At the end of the workshop learners will be able to:
- Define key terms, such as culture, ethnicity, race and cultural competence
- Understand what it means to be a culturally competent helper
- Describe the impact of culture on personal development
- Utilize new approaches to cultural competence in work with clients.

The interactive senecios were the best part of the workshop and most helpful in learning. Thank you for the useful transcripts of Models #2 etc.,which I studied to learn the new materials.These transcript earn an" A" but an "F" for video man reading definitions of terms. More examples are needed.
